Lamamra on working visit to Paris from Sunday
Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ramtane Lamamra will pay a thre-day working visit to Paris, at the invitation of his French counterpart Laurent Fabius, said Saturday the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement.
“The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ramtane Lamamra, will pay a working visit to Paris from 9 to 8 September, at the invitation of French Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development Laurent Fabius,” said the statement.
The visit will be an opportunity to discuss with his French counterpart cooperation and political issues of common interest, added the source.
During the visit, Lamamra “will participate in a series of informal ministerial consultations co-organized by France and Peru as part of the post-2020 climate change agreement’s the negotiation process, which will bring together, in Paris on December, the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change,” said the Ministry’s statement.
